Anti-Money Laundering

Yeti Homes Estates are obliged to carry out further customer due diligence checks on all sellers and buyers of a property in accordance with Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 (“Money Laundering Regulations 2017”).

You agree to provide us with any documentation that we may require for these purposes, such as photographic identification, proof of address etc. In the event that we are unable to verify your identity and cannot comply with our obligations under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017, we shall be entitled to terminate the Agreement with you immediately, without notice or liability to you, and cease to provide the Services with immediate effect. We may also have to cease to act without explanation in certain circumstances and we will not be liable to you for any liability’s losses, costs or expenses suffered by you in such circumstances.
Processing this information is necessary for compliance with Money Laundering Regulations and will only be used for this purpose. We may use a third-party provider to assist with this process and our internal compliance team will verify the information supplied.
