Tenant Find Service
Ideal for the more experienced Landlords who have time and the knowledge to manage their own property, but require advice on the current rental sector together with a combined professional marketing package and tenant checking service. Fees: £499 + VAT.
Rent Collection Service
We ensure that all the documentation including tenancy agreements and inventories have been professionally prepared and that your rent payments are being closely monitored. The security deposit for the property is held by us in line with the government regulated Tenancy Deposit Scheme and we will conduct the end of tenancy checks and handle the deposit return. Fees: Initial Setup £200 & Final Setup £100 + VAT & 5% + VAT of monthly rent thereafter.
Full Management service
Suitable for the busy Landlord or first-time property investor wanting peace of mind that their property is in the safe hands of an experienced and professional property management agent. In certain circumstances services can be tailored to an individual landlords’ requirements. Fees: Initial Setup £200 & Final Setup £100 + VAT & 8% + VAT of monthly rent thereafter.
